What currency are your prices in?
By default, our prices are in AED, as we are a UAE-based company. You can change the currency on our website if you prefer to view prices in a particular currency.
Do your prices include duties and taxes?
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. NYLEA is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
A style I want is sold out. Will you be restocking it?
We may repeat styles that are in exceptionally high demand, however, only ever in a limited quantity to maintain exclusivity and to minimize our impact on the environment. We recommend ordering your desired outfit right away to avoid missing out. You can subscribe to be notified of a size restock on a sold-out product, and you will receive an email immediately if your size becomes available.
I'm not sure what size to buy. Do you have a size guide?
We have a size chart for all our products available during checkout, yet we advise purchasing your normal EU size.
