1. Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. UAE Shipping:
- Free standard shipping on orders
- Cash on delivery is applicable
- Shipping through Quikup
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, including holiday periods, weekends, and Ramadan.
Dubai:
- Same day delivery: Orders should be placed by 3 PM (GMT +4)
- Next day delivery: Orders should be placed by 10 PM (GMT +4)
Other Emirates:
- Same day delivery: Orders should be placed by 1 PM (GMT +4)
- Next day delivery: Orders should be placed by 10 PM (GMT +4)
3. GCC & International Shipping:
- Free standard shipping on orders
- Cash on delivery is not applicable
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NYLEA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
- DHL express delivery in 3-5 working days across major destinations worldwide (delivery times may be extended as a result of delays in customs clearance)

How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/Whatsapp notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@ny-lea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We are not liable for lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping or delivery address is provided at the time of order. If an incorrect address is supplied, NYLEA cannot offer reimbursement for the lost package.
