EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your order once it arrives, but if you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange subject to the policy outlined below
Return Policy:
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only available for orders shipped to the UAE, Qatar, or Egypt.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- Please note that shipping costs will apply when returning items. Duties and taxes are non-refundable; only the original purchase amount of the item will be refunded.
- Once your return is approved, we'll process your refund and apply the credit to your original payment method. You can expect to see it reflected within 10 business days.

Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are only available for orders shipped to the UAE, Qatar, or Egypt.
- If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@ny-lea.com within 7 days of receiving your order, just as with our return policy.
- Please note that shipping costs will apply when exchanging items. Duties and taxes are non-refundable and shall be paid for new items shipped.
- Once we receive the item and complete our inspection, we will promptly ship your desired new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- At this time, returns and exchanges are only available for orders shipped to the UAE, Qatar, or Egypt. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for other countries
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
